We build custom systems for each client, so once work begins, people and time are committed. This policy explains what is refundable and when.
1. Consulting and strategy sessions
Payments for consulting and strategy sessions are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a scheduled session, tell us at least 24 hours in advance and we will reschedule it once.
2. Project engagements
Custom build engagements start with a 50% advance payment. The advance is non-refundable once work begins. The remaining 50% is due on delivery.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel an engagement at any time. We bill for the work completed up to the cancellation at our standard rates, and refund any advance in excess of that work.
4. Disputes
If something goes wrong, write to us first. Most issues are resolved in one direct conversation.
