Why we build this way
Most software does not fail in the code. It fails on the Monday after launch.
You have probably lived this. A vendor promised a lot, showed a good demo, and disappeared into a build. Months later something arrived that nobody on your team wanted to use. You were the one who had to explain it to everyone else.
We think that is not bad luck. It is a flaw in how technology gets sold. The people who sell it never use it, and the people who use it were never asked.
How this company runs
So we made three decisions.
- 01
We choose our industries and stay in them.
We do not take every project. We pick an industry, learn how its work really happens, and only then build for it. It means we grow more slowly and turn some work away. It also means that when you explain your problem, we already understand how your business works, so we can get to a real solution faster.
- 02
We build our own products and serve clients in the same company.
A company that only takes projects has no reason to care what happens after the invoice, and a company that only sells a product stops listening. Doing both keeps each honest. Your project gets what our own products taught us, and our products are shaped by real client work.
- 03
We put a name on every project.
One person here is answerable for yours, and the founder stands behind that person. If something goes wrong, you do not open a ticket. You call someone who cannot hide.
What we will not do.
- We will not build something we believe nobody will use, even if it costs us the project.
- We will not hide a problem until demo day. You hear it from us first.
- We will not leave you guessing about ownership. Who owns the code and your data is written into your contract, in plain words, before we start.
We are a young company, and we would rather say so
No twenty years of experience. No wall of famous client logos. What we have instead is the founders on every project, reading every message you send.
You talk to the people building your software, not to a support queue.
Two weeks to match your expectations.
$500 gets you a working first version of what matters most to you, agreed in writing on day one.
Happy with it? Continue at our normal pricing, and the $500 counts toward it. You judge the work before you judge the price.
Most projects show a real result in two weeks. If yours needs longer, we say so before you pay.

In one paragraph
Sanskriti Labs is a Bengaluru technology company and product lab. It turns real problems into products and builds the same kind of systems for other businesses. Snaprint OS, an operating system for unattended businesses, has run Snaprint in production since August 2026. The VELOS engine, a WhatsApp booking system, is in development. The team also builds AI automation and agents for other businesses, and runs most of its own operations on systems it built.
